Booking Fees
Booking fees are required for all appointments at the time of booking.
Cancelling, rescheduling or not showing up to an appointment.
At least 48 hours notice must be given to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any charges. If a booking fee has been paid you will lose this.
If less than 48 hours notice is given or you do not turn up to your appointment, you will be charged for the appointment and no future appointments will be able to be booked until this has been paid.
Patch Tests
If you have booked an appointment and not had a patch test with myself, or your patch test with us has expired (you haven't had the treatment in at least 6 months) your treatment will not be carried out but you will still be charged for your appointment. Refusal to pay will result in no further appointments being able to be booked until your balance has being cleared. The following treatments require a patch test; lash and brow tinting, eyelash extensions, brow lamination, lash lifts, hair colouring & perming services.
Arriving Late
Arriving more than 10 minutes late to your appointment will result in your appointment being cancelled and you will still be charged.
Aesthetic Treatments
Aesthetic treatments will not be carried out on anybody younger than 18 years of age. This is the law. Proof of ID will be required. Failure to provide proof of ID will result in you losing your booking fee.
